Today, Tuesday 24 March 2026, Torquil Sligo-Young, transferred 46,442 A
ordinary shares of 12.5p each (“A Shares”) in the Company’s capital. The
beneficiary is a person closely associated with Torquil Sligo-Young and a
separate notification is set out below in that respect. The shares were
transferred at nil consideration.
