Directorate Change

Young’s, the premium operator of pubs and bedrooms in London and the South
of England, announces that Ian McHoul will step down as a non-executive
director when his second three-year term expires on 23 January 2024.

Aisling Meany, a fellow non-executive director, and chartered accountant will
take over from Ian as chair of the Company’s audit committee.

Stephen Goodyear, Chairman of Young’s, commented:
