Notifications by PDMR

On 26 May 2026, the Company was notified that Tracy Dodd, Chief People
Officer, had purchased 1,556 non-voting ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company’s share capital at £6.42 per share. On 27 May 2026, the Company was
notified that Simon Dodd, Chief Executive Officer, had purchased 2,574
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s share capital at £7.765 per
share. Further information is detailed below.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 as incorporated into UK domestic law by the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
