      Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”)
    

      Block admission: interim review
    

      The Company provides the following information in connection with its 
      block admission pursuant to rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM 
      Rules.
    

      On 31 March 2017, 1,000,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the 
      Company’s capital were admitted pursuant to a block admission in 
      connection with the issue of shares pursuant to awards made by the 
      Company under deferred annual bonus arrangements (the “Scheme”).
    

      This is the Company’s fourth interim review in connection with that 
      block admission. It covers the period from and including 28 September 
      2018 up to and including 26 March 2019 (the “Period”).
