      Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (“Young’s” or “the Company”)
    

      Resignation of director
    

      Steve Robinson today resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer 
      and has left the business to pursue other interests.
    

      Young’s expects to appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer in the New 
      Year while the Board searches for a permanent successor. Further 
      announcements will be made in due course.
    

      Stephen Goodyear, Chairman of Young’s, commented:
