      Today, 25 March 2019, Patricia Goodyear a person closely associated with 
      Stephen Goodyear, the Company’s Non-executive Chairman, sold 1,700 A 
      ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital. The shares were 
      sold at £16.25.
