Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”)

Block admission: interim review

The Company provides the following information in connection with its block
admissions pursuant to Rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM Rules.

On 6 October 2025, 1,000,000 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each (the “Block
Listed Shares”) were admitted to trading on the alternative investment
market of the LSE (“AIM”). The Block Listed Shares are to be issued from
time to time


 * As to 500,000 Block Listed Shares, to satisfy awards made by the Company under
Deferred Annual Bonus Scheme 2022.

 * As to 500,000 Block Listed Shares, pursuant to the exercise of share options
under the Company’s Sharesave Plan 2022.

This interim review covers the period from and including 6 October 2025 up to
and including 31 March 2026 (the “Period”).
