Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. (the “Company”)

Block admission: interim review

The Company provides the following information in connection with its block
admission pursuant to Rule 29 of, and Schedule Six to, the AIM Rules.

On 30 August 2012, 482,240 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s
capital were admitted pursuant to a block admission in connection with the
exercise of employee options under the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C.
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the “Scheme”).

The block admission covers the period from and including 15 February 2025 up
to and including 14 August 2025 (the “Period”).
