Korea Zinc plans to appoint company outsider to chair board
SEOUL, Nov 13 (Reuters) - Korea Zinc Chairman Yun B.
Choi said on Wednesday he plans to step down as chair of the
board and make plans for a company outsider to take the post to
ensure the independence of the board.
Choi also told a news conference the company will review
introducing quarterly dividends in a bid to improve investor
interest.
