S.Korea buys 1,000 T zinc for January arrival

SEOUL, Nov 1 (Reuters) - South Korea bought 1,000 tonnes of 
zinc for January arrival via a spot tender that closed on 
Tuesday, the state-run Public Procurement Service said on its 
website (www.g2b.go.kr). 
    Details of the purchase are as follows: 
     
    TONNES(M/T)     SUPPLIER/PREMIUM          ORIGIN 
          1,000     Youngpoong Corp/ $185     South Korea 
     
    *Note: The above premiums were made over London Metal 
Exchange (LME) prices. The zinc products should arrive at the 
port of Incheon by Jan.31, 2017.
