S.Korea buys 1,000 T zinc for March arrival

SEOUL, Dec 14 - South Korea bought 1,000 tonnes of zinc for 
March arrival via a spot tender that closed on Wednesday, the 
state-run Public Procurement Service said on its website 
www.g2b.go.kr. 
     
    Details of the purchase are as follows: 
     
    TONNES(M/T)     SUPPLIER/PREMIUM         ORIGIN 
          1,000     Youngpoong Corp/$215     South Korea 
     
    * Note: The above premiums were made over London Metal 
Exchange (LME) prices. The zinc products should arrive at the 
port of Incheon by March 31, 2017.
