Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Yü Group PLC (AIM; YU.), the independent supplier of gas and electricity, and
meter asset owner and installer of smart meters to the UK corporate sector,
announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual
General Meeting ("AGM") are available to download from the Company's website
at www.yugroupplc.com.

 

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Notice
of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be
held at 13:00pm on 22 May 2025 at the offices of Panmure Liberum Capital
Limited, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY.
