Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and
water to the UK SME and Corporate sector, announces that copies of the Annual
Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available
to download from the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 and Notice
of AGM and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders today. The AGM will be
held at 11:00am on 26 May 2022 at DLA Piper LLP, 160 Aldersgate Street,
Barbican, London EC1A 4HT.
