Notice of Results

Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the
UK corporate sector, will be announcing its interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2022 on Tuesday 27 September 2022.

A presentation for analysts will be held at 9.00am on 27 September at the
offices of Tulchan Communications, 85 Fleet Street, EC4Y 1AE. To register to
