Result of AGM

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and
water to the UK corporate sector, announces that all resolutions proposed at
the Company's AGM held earlier today were duly passed.

Results of the voting on each resolution is now available on the Company's
website at www.yugroupplc.com (http://www.yugroupplc.com) along with a
presentation given by the Chairman and CEO.

The Board will provide a further update to its trading, in the ordinary
course, in its July trading update covering the period to 30 June 2022.
