Aug 9 (Reuters) - Yuan Heng Gas Holdings Ltd  0332.HK  
    * Announces arbitration relating to contractual rights under 
a cooperation agreement 
    * Unit's request for arbitration was accepted by CGAC on 2 
August 2017 
    * On 2 June 2017 Ju Yuan & other parties agreed not to 
proceed with proposed investments by ju yuan of 11.5 pct 
interest in Zhenrong storage 
    * Believes that arbitration would not have any material 
adverse impact to business operation and financial position of 
group 
    * Other parties to agreement were to repay about RMB190.75 
million to Ju Yuan; since respondents did not repay sum, Ju Yuan 
filed request for arbitration
