And Guizhou Qiantong entered into cooperation agreement for
project
* Guangzhou Yuanheng shall contribute RMB142.7 million and
shall have 71% interest in jv company
* Guangzhou Yuanheng, Guizhou Tianranqi And Guizhou Devotion
agreed that jv company will have a registered capital of RMB201
million
