** Shares of in-flight solutions provider  ANTE.O  jump
42.8% to $1.32 premarket
    ** AirNet says Dragonpass entered into capital increase
agreement to subscribe 1.61% of equity interests in one of co's
subsidiaries for consideration of 10 mln Chinese yuan ($1.45
mln)
    ** CEO Herman Guo says pleased to see Dragonpass is
optimistic towards growth of AirNet's business segment of
providing media content on airplanes as well as potential
developments of co as a whole
    ** Synergies between two cos shall inspire new business
opportunities beyond subscription of equity interests, Guo adds
