invest HK$366.8 million  ($46.88 million) in U.S. firm 
Massmutual Asia Ltd for 2.8 percent stake 
    * Says it joins Yunfeng Financial Group  0376.HK , other 
investors in the purchase of Massmutual Asia valued HK$13.1
