    ** Stock hits highest since July 29; among 15 biggest pct
gainers on Hong Kong bourse
    ** Company expects net profit for six months ended June to
jump more than 4x to HK$459 mln ($58.9 mln) from the
year-earlier period, helped by strength in its insurance
