Holdings Inc COEP.O jump 36% to $1.93 premarket
** Co to acquire an immunotherapy platform from Deverra
Therapeutics Inc for an undisclosed sum
** Co gets access to 2 clinical-stage assets based on
Deverra's cell therapies, including drug candidates for blood
cancer and hospitalized respiratory infections
** Expects early-stage data from the blood cancer drug trial
in 2H 2023
** COEP also gets access of preclinical programs for
hematologic and solid tumors
** COEP down 86% in last 12 months
