** Co appoints Brian Cogley as chief financial officer,
effective immediately
** Cogley succeeds Christine Sheehy, who will remain with
the co in senior finance role and as vice president of
compliance and corporate secretary
** Cogley joins from non-audit accounting advisory co CFGI
where he was senior manager, accounting advisory since Feb 2022
** Including session gains, stock up 11% YTD
