Zabka third-quarter results due October 28
Net profit seen at 421 million zlotys
GDANSK, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Polish convenience store chain Zabka ZAB.WA is expected to report third-quarter net profit of 421 million zlotys ($115.77 million), up 32% year-on-year, driven by its expanding store network and steady sales growth, a Reuters poll showed on Friday.
Zabka's adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization are seen rising 12% year-on-year to 1.25 billion zlotys.
Sales are predicted to rise 10% year-on-year, driven by expansion in the store network and like-for-like sales growth.
The retailer is expected to have added around 280 net new stores in the quarter, bringing its total to nearly 12,000, a 10% increase from a year earlier.
