INTEREST RATES

The Polish Monetary Policy Council's two-day interest rate meeting begins on Tuesday. Most analysts polled by Reuters expect interest rates to remain unchanged in October.

POLISH ARMAMENTS GROUP

The Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) wants to double its production of anti-aircraft missiles from the current level of 1,300 per year within four years, Rzeczpospolita reported.

PRIME MINISTERS OF POLAND AND LITHUANIA

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Lithuanian Prime Minister Inga Ruginienė will meet in Warsaw on Tuesday. Discussions will focus on security and defence cooperation in the region. The meeting will also address aid for Ukraine and migration policy, the government press office said.
