** Shares of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services  ZAGG.NS  rise as
much as 5% to 463.10 rupees, its highest since Oct. 7
    ** Financial tech firm says it has entered into an agreement
with Strada India to offer SaaS platform, payment, and card
products to corporate Strada customers
    ** Stock on track to gain for second straight week
    ** More than 330,000 shares traded as of 12:54 p.m. IST vs
their 30-day moving avg of 278,900 shares
    ** ZAGG has gained 9.3% this week so far, adding to YTD
gains of 107.8%
