    * Its unit, Navimor-Z Sp. z o.o., resolves to raise capital 
to 0.8 million zlotys ($193,050) from 0.4 million zlotys 
    * Following its capital increase, the company will have its 
stake in the unit reduced to 37.74 percent from 77.57 percent
