Brief: ZUK Staporkow prelim. FY 2016 net loss of 14.1 mln zlotys

March 21(Reuters) - ZUK Staporkow SA  ZUK.WA : 
    * Said on Monday that it has decided to take into account 
one-off accounting transactions in its financial statement for 
2016 
    * The said transactions will be accounted for as operating 
expenses and will cause a decrease in its financial result for 
2016 by about 8 million zlotys ($2.02 million)  
    * The transactions are of an accounting nature and they do 
not impact the company's liquidity 
    * Preliminary 2016 revenue of 41.8 million zlotys, operating 
loss of 13.7 million zlotys and net loss of 14.1 million zlotys 
    * The 2016 results have also been impacted by a decline in 
sales in Q4, mainly caused by decrease of investments and export 
orders
