March 28 (Reuters) - ZUK Staporkow SA  ZUK.WA : 
    * Its shareholder meeting resolves to raise capital by no 
more than 0.7 million zlotys ($179,473) 
    * To raise its capital via the issue of no more than 2 
million of series C shares of the nominal value of 0.34 
zloty/share 
    * The series C shares to be issued at the issue price no 
lower than 3 zlotys and no higher than 4 zlotys ($1.0), without 
preemptive rights
