German financial regulator probes Zalando 2025 accounts June 26 (Reuters) - BaFin, Germany's finance watchdog, has launched an investigation into Zalando's ZALG.DE consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2025, and an accompanying management report, it said on Friday.
It said information regarding a transaction with a related party in connection with the European online fashion retailer's acquisition of About You YOUG.DE may have been incorrectly omitted from the notes on the financial statements.
