Zalando appoints Anna Dimitrova as CFO from 2026

Oct 29 (Reuters) - Zalando ZALG.DE said on Wednesday it had appointed Anna Dimitrova as its chief financial officer, starting on January 1, 2026. Zalando said in August 2024 that its chief financial officer Sandra Dembeck would not renew her contract beyond the term that ended on February 28. The company's co-CEO David Schroeder has acted at an interim CFO since then. Schroeder will refocus on his responsibilities as co-CEO once Dimitrova takes the position, the company said.
