Zambeef (AIM:ZAM), the fully integrated agri-business with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that, on 3 January 2018, Tim Pollock, Group Managing Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of ZMW0.01 each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.5 pence.
Following the transaction, Mr Pollock's total interest in the Group is now 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the total voting rights of the Group.
