Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain foods and retail business
with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, today announces the resignation
of Mr Yollard Kachinda as Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 14
April 2022.

 

Mr Kachinda served as a Non-Executive Director of the Board since 18 April
2017. The Board thanks Mr. Kachinda for his immense contribution to the
Company over the past few years and wish him continued success in his future
endeavours.
