Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain foods and retail business
with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, today announces the resignation
of Mr. Frank Braeken as Non-Executive Director of the Board, effective 27 May
2022.

 

Mr.  Braeken served as a Non - Executive Director on the Board for the past
four years since 30 June, 2018.

 

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Braeken for his immense contribution to the
Company over the past few years and wish him continued success in his future
endeavors.
