M&G Plc has increased its ownership in Prudential Investment Managers (South Africa) (Pty) Limited (PIMSA) by 0.13%, from 49.99% to 50.12%, making PIMSA a controlled undertaking of M&G Plc.
 
As per DTR 5.2.2 it is necessary for the parent of a controlled undertaking to aggregate its holding with any holding of the controlled undertaking, this disclosure represents the combined holding of the M&G Plc group following the increase in ownership in PIMSA.
