Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain foods and retail business, with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, announces that it was notified on 1 February 2019, that Mr. Craig Harris, Chief Financial Officer, completed the sale of 776,560 ordinary shares with a par value of ZMW 0.01 each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of Zambian Kwacha 3 each, on 30 January 2019.
 
Following the transaction, Mr. Harris has a holding of nil Ordinary Shares.

The Zambeef Group is one of the largest integrated cold chain food producers in Zambia, involved in the production, processing, distribution and retailing of beef, chicken, pork, milk, eggs, dairy products, fish, flour and stock feed.
