Result of AGM and Appointment of External Auditor

 

Zambeef (AIM: ZAM), the fully integrated cold chain foods and retail business
with operations in Zambia, Nigeria and Ghana, today announces that at the
Annual General Meeting held on 21 December 2021 in Lusaka, all resolutions put
to shareholders were duly passed.

 

Furthermore, the Board and the Company's shareholders approved the appointment
of Messer's PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company's external auditors with
effect from 21 December 2021.

 

PricewaterhouseCoopers is one of the largest established professional services
firms in Zambia. Their practice has a consistent record of providing
high-quality professional audits, quality assurance, advisory, and tax.
PricewaterhouseCoopers ranks as the second-largest professional services
network internationally. The Board is confident that PricewaterhouseCoopers's
