Feb 16 (Reuters) - Zamet Industry SA  ZMT.WA : 
    * Gets a preliminary offer to sell Fugo Zamet sp. Z o.o. 
(Fugo Zamet) from Famur Famak SA 
    * Famur Famak in its offer estimates the value of Fugo Zamet 
in range of 12-15 million zlotys ($6.64 million) 
    * The decision to sell Fugo Zamet is motivated by the 
necessity to adjust to the investment slowdown in Oil&Gas 
segment 
    * Famak Group  FMF.WA  also plans to buy a part of the 
organised part of Famago sp. z.o.o.  
    * Famak's production potential to increase by 9,000 tonnes 
per annum if two deals successful
