    * Signs a letter of intent (LOI) with a Finnish contractor 
concerning an order at estimated value of 5.8 million euros 
($6.17 million) 
    * The final deal to be signed by the end of 2016 
    * The delivery of ordered constructions regarding handling 
devices to take place between May 2017 and July 2018
