    COPENHAGEN, May 1 (Reuters) - Danish biotech firm Zealand Pharma ZELA.CO said on Friday it proposed to elect Camilla Sylvest, previous head of commercial strategy and corporate affairs at Wegovy maker Novo Nordisk NOVOb.CO, to its board of directors at an extraordinary general meeting later this month.
