    ** Co reports Q4 EPS of $0.04 vs year-ago loss of

    ** Paid subscribers rise 277% in the quarter, contributing
to a 50% y-o-y increase in average revenue per monthly active
user (ARPMAU)
    ** For 2021, ZDGE targeting revenue growth of more than 20%,
continued positive cash flow and profitability on a quarterly
and full-year basis 
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock up ~2% YTD
