** Shares of Zee Media Corp Ltd  ZEEN.NS  rise to
exchange-allowed maximum of 10% to 20.75 rupees 
    ** News channels operator ZEEN approved fund raise of 2
billion rupees
    ** ZEEN opened 8.1% higher and rose to 10% ahead of fund
raise
    ** Over 66.7 mln shares traded, 6.6x 30-day avg volume
    ** Since proposing fund raise after market hours on Tuesday,
ZEEN up 48.5%
    ** That has pushed ZEEN's YTD rise to 37.4%
