APPLICATION TO MAIN MARKET AND OFFICIAL LIST

 

On 9 November 2022, Zegona issued 846,857 Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") at
£1.44 per share as part of the £2.5 million management re-investment as
outlined in the announcement of Zegona dated 10 November 2022 and titled
'Management Increases Shareholding in Zegona to 29%'.

 

Zegona confirms that applications have been made for the Shares to be listed
on both the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc and the Official List of
the FCA. Admission of the Shares to each the Main Market and the Official List
are expected to be effective on 16 November 2022.
