Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that on 15 December 2023, Mr Richard
Williams (a non-executive director of the Company), sold 11,977 ordinary
shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a consideration
of 167p per Ordinary Share.   He then purchased for his personal ISA account
11,900 ordinary shares of £0.01 each for a consideration of 167.2087p per
Ordinary Share ("the Transactions")

Following the Transactions Mr Richard Williams holds 27,742 ordinary shares of
£0.01 in the company representing 0.00% of the issued share capital.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
