Zegona promoted into the FTSE Global Equity Index Series

 

Zegona Communications plc (the "Company") announces that its ordinary shares
were promoted into the FTSE Global Equity Index Series Developed Europe
effective 23 March 2026. It is subsequently a member of the FTSE All-World,
FTSE All-Cap and FTSE Total-Cap indices. These indices are tracked by a number
of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and active managers.
