ZEGONA TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

During November 2023, Zegona issued 697,976,986 ordinary shares as previously
notified to the market by way of announcements released on 13 November 2023
and 15 November 2023.

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R,
Zegona hereby notifies that as at 30 November 2023 it had issued a total of
704,149,410 ordinary shares of 1 pence. All of the issued shares carry voting
rights of one vote per share.

The above figure of 704,149,410 may be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
