Total Voting Rights

Zegona hereby notifies that Zegona's capital as of 31 December 2025 comprised
758,142,905 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Zegona holds no shares in
treasury and the total voting rights in Zegona at that date were 758,142,905.

The above figure of 758,142,905 may be used by shareholders (and others with
notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
