Total Voting Rights

Zegona hereby notifies that its capital as of 8 January 2026 comprises
234,742,302 ordinary shares of 1 pence each. Zegona holds no shares in
treasury and the total voting rights in Zegona as of today are 234,742,302.

The above figure of 234,742,302 should be used by shareholders (and others
with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, Zegona under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
