Zegona eyes slice of new Spanish fibre venture with Vodafone, MasOrange

Jan 2 (Reuters) - Zegona Communications ZEG.L said on Thursday that its partners Vodafone Spain and MasOrange have agreed to create a new fibre network company in Spain, with the British firm expected to hold about 10% of the new venture.
