** Co acquires a majority stake in private defense tech firm TISA Aerospace, which specializes in loitering munitions - unmanned aerial drones that can linger over a target area and identify and strike targets

** Co did not provides details on the deal value

** Says the acquisition provides it with immediate access to tech that aligns with emerging requirements of Indian armed forces

** ZETE shares up ~73% in the last 12 months
