Preliminary Unaudited Financial Results for the Year Ended 31 March 2026

& Total Voting Rights

Zenith Energy Ltd. (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA; XSAT: ZENA SDR), the listed
international energy production and development company, announces the
publication of its preliminary unaudited financial results for the financial
year ended 31 March 2026.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Spotlight
Stock Market in Sweden, on which Zenith's Swedish Depository Receipts are
listed.

The Company's preliminary unaudited financial results for the year ended 31
March 2026 are attached to this announcement.

Total Voting Rights

 

The Company is pleased to announce that, as of today's date, the following
information, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules and section 3.10 and 3.11.5 (3) of the
Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book Part II, resulting from the issuance of the New
Common Shares.
